Why it is built this way
We are never in the sending path
Relaying customer cold email through a shared FastBuyr email-provider account pools everyone’s sending reputation into one place, where a single bad list burns deliverability for every other customer on it. There is no fallback that substitutes our sender — if your mailbox is down, sending pauses and you are told.
What it does
- Your mailboxes, connected by Google sign-in or SMTP
- Gmail connects through Google’s own sign-in (OAuth). Outlook and every other provider connect over SMTP and IMAP, with an app password where the provider requires one. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never held in the browser.
- Sending shared across your mailboxes
- Each sending address keeps its own mailbox. FastBuyr shares sending across the mailboxes you connect, without changing which mail service an address uses.
- A daily number per mailbox, and a ramp for new ones
- Each mailbox sends the daily number you set. We recommend 30–50 a day from a warmed mailbox and two to three mailboxes per domain, and once a mailbox’s plan is known (set from the address for Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, or chosen by you) no setting goes past the daily limit its provider publishes for that plan. A new mailbox ramps up over its first four weeks unless you tell us it already sends regularly.
- Authentication checked before you send
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC are verified on the sending domain before a campaign starts, and every inbound message is listed with the judgement made about it — reply, out-of-office or bounce — so a sequence that stopped can be shown why.
Where this actually is
Available today. Mailboxes connect over SMTP or by Google consent, templates and multi-step sequences run as campaigns, and FastBuyr sends through your own mailbox at a paced, randomised rate, up to the daily number you set for each mailbox. Replies are detected and classified — a genuine reply stops the sequence, an out-of-office does not, and a hard bounce suppresses the address. Open and click tracking and one-click unsubscribe run on your own verified tracking domain; there is no shared platform domain to opt into.
