Why it is built this way

We are never in the sending path

Relaying customer cold email through a shared platform ESP account pools everyone’s sending reputation into one place, where a single bad list burns deliverability for every other customer on it. There is no fallback that substitutes our sender — if your mailbox is down, sending pauses and you are told.

What it does

Your mailboxes, connected by OAuth or SMTP: Gmail and Outlook connect through OAuth; anything else connects over SMTP. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never held in the browser.
Rotation across mailboxes, not across transports: One address maps to exactly one mailbox. Rotation picks the next mailbox; it never re-points one address at a different transport, which is the pattern providers score against.
Warm-up and volume ceilings per mailbox: 30–50 sends a day per warmed mailbox and two to three mailboxes per domain, as ceilings rather than targets. New mailboxes ramp before they are used.
Authentication checked before you send: SPF, DKIM and DMARC are verified on the sending domain before a campaign starts, and every inbound message is listed with the judgement made about it — reply, out-of-office or bounce — so a sequence that stopped can be shown why.

Mailboxes connect over SMTP or by Google consent, templates and multi-step sequences run as campaigns, and a worker delivers through your own mailbox at a paced, randomised rate with a daily ceiling per mailbox. Replies are detected and classified — a genuine reply stops the sequence, an out-of-office does not, and a hard bounce suppresses the address. Open and click tracking and one-click unsubscribe run on your own verified tracking domain; there is no shared platform domain to opt into.
